Continuity of existing rights E+W

2 E+W Each of the following bodies is a qualifying regulator for the purposes of Part 5 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999—

(a) the Law Society;

(b) the Institute of Legal Executives;

(c) the General Council of the Bar.
