Part 2 E+W Amendments of the Transport Act 1985

27 (1) In section 80 (duty not to inhibit competition) at the beginning insert “ An Integrated Transport Authority or ”. E+W

(2) In consequence of the amendments made by this Part, in the heading to section 80 after “Duty of” there is inserted “ Integrated Transport Authority or ”.
