Schedule 5 to the TA 1985 (the Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee) is amended as follows.

In relation to Scotland, the only remuneration that may be paid under this paragraph is remuneration for the performance of functions which relate to reserved matters (within the meaning of the Scotland Act 1998).
