Criminal Justice Act 2003 (c. 44) E+W

72 (1) Section 147 (meaning of “community sentence” etc.) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) omit paragraph (b), and

(b) after that paragraph insert—

“(c) a youth rehabilitation order.”

(3) Omit subsection (2).
