53 (1) Schedule 7A (implementation of proposals for restructuring sixth form education) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In paragraph 1, omit “approved or” and “approval or”, wherever occurring.

(3) In paragraph 3(4), omit paragraph (a).

(4) Omit paragraphs 5(1), 6(1) and 7(1) and (2).
