47U.K.The following provisions have effect as if for the words after “opened” there were substituted “ at the counting of the ballot papers ”
(a)regulation 85(3) of the 2008 Regulations;
(b)paragraph 16(3) of Part 3 of Schedule 2 to the Local Elections Order.
