108 (1) Section 146A (Joint Authorities) is amended in accordance with this paragraph. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) after “joint waste authority,” insert “ and ”;

(b) omit the words from “a police authority” to “Metropolitan Police Authority”.

(3) Omit subsections (1A) to (1C).
