159E+WIn the County Courts Act 1984, in section 60 (right of audience), in subsection (3), in the definition of “local authority” for the words from “a police authority” to “Metropolitan Police Authority” substitute “ a police and crime commissioner, the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime ”.
