280E+WIn section 12 (complaints, matters and persons to which Part 2 applies), in subsection (7)—
(a)after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)he is a civilian employee of a police force;”;
(b)in paragraph (b), for “a police authority” substitute “ the Common Council of the City of London ”.
