287(1)Section 22 (power of Commission to issue guidance) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)In subsection (1)(a), for “police authorities” substitute “ local policing bodies ”.
(3)In subsection (3), for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a)such persons as appear to the Commission to represent the views of police and crime commissioners;
(aa)the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime;
(ab)the Common Council;”.
