382 In section 43 (interpretation of section 42)—

(a) in subsection (3), for “police authority” (in each place) substitute “local policing body or police authority”;

(b) in subsection (8), for paragraph (d) substitute—

“(d) the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011.”.
