70 E+W In section 18 (protection of tenure, in connection with employment, under a licence or a rent-free letting, by extension of the Rent Acts), in subsection (6)—

(a) after “either by the” insert “ relevant local policing body or ”;

(b) for “that authority” substitute “ that body or authority ”.
