169 E+W In the Housing Associations Act 1985, in section 106 (minor definitions - general), in the definition of “local authority” in subsection (1), for the words from “and a police authority” to “Metropolitan Police Authority” substitute “ , a police and crime commissioner and the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime ”.
