6 E+W In section 5 of the Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986 (disabled persons leaving special education), in subsection (9), in paragraph (c) of the definition of “the responsible authority”—

(a) omit “, the Young People's Learning Agency for England”;

(b) omit “, Young People's Learning Agency for England”.
