This paragraph applies if paragraph 7 of Schedule 16 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (administration orders: consequential amendments) has not been brought into force before the commencement of this Act.

Section 178(1) has effect until the relevant commencement date as if in Case F for “section 429(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (disabilities on revocation of county court administration order)” there were substituted “ section 429(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (failure to pay under county court administration order) ”.

Section 180(2) has effect until the relevant commencement date as if for “section 429(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986” there were substituted “ section 429(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 ”.
