(2)In paragraph 6(4), omit the definitions of “custody plus order” and “intermittent custody order”.
(3)In paragraph 8, in sub-paragraphs (2) and (4)—
(a)after paragraph (aa) insert “ and ”;
(b)omit paragraph (ab).
