14(1)Section 196 (meaning of “relevant order” in Chapter 4) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsection (1)—
(a)at the end of paragraph (a) insert “or”;
(b)omit paragraph (b);
(c)omit paragraph (d) and the word “or” preceding it.
(3)Omit subsection (2).
