5 (1) Section 246 (power to release prisoners on licence) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (4)(a), after “section” insert “ 226A, ”.

(3) In subsection (6), in the definition of “term of imprisonment”, before “227” insert “ 226A, 226B, ”.
