PART 1 U.K. Amendments of Part 1 of the Act

11 U.K. In section 10 (Banking Liaison Panel), in subsection (3), for paragraph (c) substitute—

“(c) a member appointed by the PRA,

(ca) a member appointed by the FCA,”.
