24E+W+SIn section 160B (implementation of increases in employment and support allowance due to attainment of particular ages), in subsection (3), for the words from “a benefit” to the end there is substituted—
“(a)a benefit under the Contributions and Benefits Act; or
(b)personal independence payment.”
