Variation of referenceE+W
1(1)Monitor may, at any time, by notice given to the [F1CMA] vary a reference—E+W
(a)by adding to the matters specified in the reference, or
(b)by excluding from the reference some of the matters so specified.
(2)On receipt of a notice under sub-paragraph (1), [F2the CMA] must give effect to the variation.
