Production of documents E+W

6 (1) The [F1 CMA] may by notice require a person to produce to it the documents specified or otherwise identified in the notice. E+W

(2) The power to require the production of a document is a power to require its production—

(a) at the time and place specified in the notice, and

(b) in a legible form.

(3) The [F2 CMA] may take copies of a document produced to it under this paragraph.
