Amendments to the Care Standards Act 2000 (c. 14)

36 (1) Paragraph 13 (delegation of functions) is amended as follows.

(2) In sub-paragraph (1)—

(a) for “An authority” substitute “The Welsh Council”, and

(b) for “the authority” substitute “the Council”.

(3) In sub-paragraph (2)—

(a) for “An authority” substitute “The Council”, and

(b) for “the authority” substitute “the Council”.
