(a)omit paragraph (a),
(b)omit paragraph (b),
(c)before paragraph (c) insert—
“(ba)the National Health Service Commissioning Board,
(bb)a clinical commissioning group,”,
(d)after paragraph (f) insert—
“(fa)a Special Health Board constituted under that section,”,
(e)omit paragraph (j), and
(f)after paragraph (n) insert—
“(na)the Scottish Ministers,
(nb)Healthcare Improvement Scotland,”.
