(3)In subsection (3)—

(b)for “the Primary Care Trust” substitute “the Board”.
(4)In subsection (4), after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)requiring a list of medical practitioners referred to in subsection (3) to be prepared by reference to an area of a prescribed description,”.
