78 (1) Section 150A (notices and penalties) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) for “a Primary Care Trust” substitute “the Board”, and

(b) for “the Primary Care Trust” substitute “the Board”.

(3) In subsection (2), for “Primary Care Trusts” substitute “the Board”.
