150In section 224 (duties of services-providers to respond to local involvement networks)—
(a)for “services-provider”, in each place it appears, substitute “responsible person”,
(b)in subsection (2), before paragraph (a) insert—
“(za)the National Health Service Commissioning Board;
(zb)a clinical commissioning group;”,
(c)in that subsection, omit paragraph (c), and
(d)in the title, for “services-providers” substitute “responsible persons”.
