at the beginning insert—
The National Health Service Commissioning Board.
A clinical commissioning group established under section 14D of the National Health Service Act 2006.
I2b
in the entry for an NHS trust, for “that Act” substitute “the National Health Service Act 2006”,
I2c
omit the entry for a Primary Care Trust, and
I2d
omit the entry for a Strategic Health Authority.
