Child Poverty Act 2010 (c. 9)

183 In section 20 of the Child Poverty Act 2010 (partner authorities), in subsection (2)—

(a) after paragraph (e) insert—

“(ea) a clinical commissioning group;”,

(b) omit paragraph (f), and

(c) omit paragraph (g).
