16(1)The Secretary of State may make payments to Monitor out of money provided by Parliament of such amounts as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.E+W
(2)Payments made under sub-paragraph (1) may be made at such times and on such conditions (if any) as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.
