37 (1) Section 377 (code of practice of Secretary of State etc) is amended in accordance with this paragraph. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1), after paragraph (e) insert—

“(f) immigration officers.”.

(3) In subsection (5), for “(e)” substitute “ (f) ”.
