SCHEDULE 24 The NCA: Northern Ireland

Provisions that do not extend to Northern Ireland

1 (1) The relevant NCA provisions do not extend to Northern Ireland.

(2) The Secretary of State may, by order, provide that any other provision of Part 1 of this Act is not to extend to Northern Ireland.

(3) This paragraph is subject to paragraph 2.
