Consents U.K.

11 U.K. A consent to disclosure of information under any provision of this Schedule may be given in relation to—

(a) a particular disclosure, or

(b) disclosures made in circumstances specified or described in the consent.

Interpretation U.K.

12 U.K. In this Schedule—

• “Commissioners” means the Commissioners for Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs;

• “PCA 2002” means the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
