a

in the definition of “pre-emptive action”, for “or (as the case may be) 147(2)” substitute “ , 147(2) or (as the case may be) 147A(2) ”, and

b

for the definition of “relevant authority” substitute—

“the relevant authority” means—

a

in the case of a restricted PI reference or a full PI reference, the Secretary of State;

b

in any other case, the CMA.
