168 (1) Section 135 (variation of references) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1), for “OFT” substitute “ CMA ”.

(3) In subsection (2)—

(a) omit “OFT or (as the case may be) the”,

(b) for “Commission” substitute “ CMA ”, and

(c) after “reference” insert “ made by him ”.

(4) In subsection (3), for “Commission” substitute “ CMA ”.
