PART 1 U.K. Transfer of functions under the 1998 Act to the CMA

5 (1) Section 25 (power to investigate) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsections (1) and (8) to (11), for “OFT” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “ CMA ”.

(3) In the heading, for “OFT” substitute “ CMA ”.
