95 (1) Section 53 (restrictions on action where public interest considerations not finalised) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1), for “Commission” substitute “ CMA ”.

(3) In subsection (2)—

(a) omit “to the Commission”, and

(b) for “Commission” substitute “ CMA ”.

(4) In subsections (3) to (5), for “Commission” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “ CMA ”.
