Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004 (c. 32) U.K.

28 U.K. In section 1 of the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004 (pension and compensation schemes for the armed and reserve forces), after subsection (2) there is inserted—

“(2A) Subsections (1) and (2) are subject to sections 18 and 19 of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 (restrictions on benefits provided under existing schemes).”
