In section 23 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (disclosure of information), in subsection (4), after paragraph (b) insert—

ba

by the CAA or a member or employee of the CAA—

i

to, or to a member of, the Office for Nuclear Regulation, or

ii

to a member of staff of the Office for Nuclear Regulation (within the meaning of Part 3 of the Energy Act 2013);
