PART 3 Protected information: permitted disclosures and restrictions on use

Disclosure by ONR, inspectors etc

8 Paragraph 2 does not prohibit a disclosure of protected information by—

(a) the ONR,

(b) an inspector,

(c) a health and safety inspector, or

(d) an ONR inquiry official,

for the purposes of any of that person’s functions.
