4U.K.In section 64A of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (photographing of suspects etc), for paragraph (ca) of subsection (1B) there is substituted—
“(ca)given a direction by a constable under section 35 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014;”.
