Bankruptcy and Diligence etc. (Scotland) Act 2007 (asp 3) E+W+S

120 (1) Subsection (3) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) For “5 (supplemental provisions)” substitute “ 64 (notification of charges etc: Scotland) ”.

(3) For paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a) for paragraph (a) of subsection (1) substitute—

“(a) the giving to the FCA of notice of any security, except a floating charge, granted by a registered society over any of its assets;””.

(4) In paragraph (b) for “4” substitute “ 63 ”.
