177 E+W+S In section 191(5) (abolition of London Development Agency and transfer of its property etc) in paragraph (b) of the definition of “company” for the words from the beginning to “1965 or” substitute “ a registered society within the meaning of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 or a society registered or deemed to be registered under ”.
