20 E+W+S In section 3 of the Libraries Offences Act 1898 (application of Act) for “registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1893, or” substitute “ that is a registered society within the meaning of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, or is registered ”.
