Industrial Common Ownership Act 1976 (c. 78) E+W+S

31 E+W+S In section 2(1)(a) of the Industrial Common Ownership Act 1976 (common ownership enterprises and co-operative enterprises) for sub-paragraph (ii) (not including the “and” at the end of it) substitute—

“(ii) a registered society within the meaning of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014;”.
