Local Government Act 1972 (c. 7) E+W+S

24 (1) Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (access to information: exempt information) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In paragraph 8 for sub-paragraph (d) substitute—

“(d) the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014;”.

(3) In paragraph 19 for sub-paragraph (d) substitute—

“(d) the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014;”.
