147Regulations and orders

Regulations and orders of the Treasury under this Act are to be made by statutory instrument.

A statutory instrument containing—
a
regulations under section 29, 135 or 136, or
b
an order under section 134,
may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
3
A statutory instrument containing regulations or an order under section 18, 25, 49, 68, 83, F1or 97, or an order under section 118, is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
