Further Education Act 1985 (c. 47) E+W

12 E+W In section 3(4) of the Further Education Act 1985 (duty of local authorities to keep accounts in addition to accounts under Audit Commission Act 1998), for “section 27 of the Audit Commission Act 1998” substitute “ section 3 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 ”.
