15E+WIn section 5(4) of the Local Government Act 1986 (separate account of expenditure on publicity: application of section 27(1)(e) of the Audit Commission Act 1998 to right of inspection) for “section 27(1)(e) of the Audit Commission Act 1998” substitute “ section 32(1)(e) of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 ”.
