This Schedule applies where the disclosure or use of relevant information is restricted by an obligation of confidence.

In this Schedule, “relevant information” means information obtained by the Secretary of State (whether before or after the coming into force of this Schedule) under or in connection with a relevant contract.

“Relevant contract” means a contract entered into by the Secretary of State at any time before the vesting date for the purposes of defence procurement.
